Well-SENSE are the multi-award-winning pioneers of FLI (FiberLine Intervention) systems in the oilfield.

In 2022 Well-SENSE engaged with Juice Engineering to expand their vendor list for the supply of subcontract precision machining services. After establishing ourselves as a reliable partner for high-quality work we have gone on to support Well-SENSE with their expansion with new customers and a new market in the Middle-East.

Juice delivered numerous pieces of the FLI system on an extremely short lead-time for a load out to a new customer. To facilitate the stringent requirements for quality we had to procure material, manufacture and inspect according to Well-SENSE’s requirements and supply a fully assembled and pressure tested product with the back-up of a full manufacturing record book that was given final sign-off by Bureau Veritas.

Traceability of every component was maintained throughout the process from bar stock to the finished items. All of this was achieved in a lead-time of just 5-weeks!
